Service Descriptions

Custom Massage

Personalized Massage by a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. This session is intended for relaxation, pain relief and increased range of motion to help the body achieve and maintain balance. Light to deep pressure may be used on areas in which focus work is needed. As needed, this session may include heat/ice/stretches.

Pregnancy Massage

(after the 1st trimester)
Like our relaxation massage, it is designed to reduce fatigue, stress, muscular discomfort and stretch marks associated with pregnancy. You will be in a side-lying position with pillows and other supports to insure comfort during the session. If your pregnancy is considered high-risk you must a Dr/midwife note stating that it okay for you to have a massage and list any restrictions for your session.

ReFACEology Massage

This facial massage relaxes and rejuvenates the tissues of the face and the entire body. The muscles of the face, neck and shoulders are massaged using specialized techniques to relax muscles, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, soften fine lines,reduce the II's on the forehead and firm the neck area. May increase production of collagen and elastin fibers, relieves sinus congestion and improves lymphatic flow and balance the bodies natural energies with reflexology. An energizing scalp and foot massage are included in the 60 minute exclusive treatment. For best results, it is suggested that clients complete a series of weekly sessions then move to a maintenance program. This deeply relaxing treatment uses all natural and organic products.

 Intuitive Massage

This massage style promotes balance, deep relaxation, pain relief and healing to the body. Your therapist will work based on her intuitive abilities and her experience to locate areas that need extra attention in the body. During this freestyle massage different tools and techniques may be used when needed. (ex. reflexology, cupping, taping, Young Living Essential Oils, heat/ice, etc).

Cupping Therapy (Stand alone treatment)

By creating suction and negative pressure, this treatment is used to soften tight muscles, drain excess fluid and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. As a result of this treatment there will also be an increase of circulation in the area which is needed for the healing process. This treatment compliments other massage modalities. We recommend a 30 minute sessions for the first few treatments.

Kinesiology Taping
You may have seen active people of all ages wearing colored tape on their bodies. What you might not know is, this is a type of treatment using specially designed tape for the muscles. It is a versatile tool that we use to enhance and reinforce the effects of the bodywork. Taping can be used for Postural Support-providing positional feedback, Pain Reduction- increasing space for circulation, Swelling - facilitating drainage and for Sports Performance - reducing muscle fatigue. Think of this treatment like a lever ending massage. The tape is working for you between your therapy sessions. The tape typically stays on 3-7 days depending on your lifestyle. We recommend this treatment as an add-on session after your massage or as a stand alone treatment between your regular visits for support. We only use professional grade tape that is not sold in stores.

Pediatric Massage

Performed by our Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist. This is a safe and highly effective treatment for children 18 months - 15 years, with a variety of healthcare needs. Free consultation included with new appointments to discus a specialized treatment plan for those who may have special needs or conditions. For new appointments that require consultation: please add "Pediatric Consultation" when scheduling (30 minutes).

Lymphatic Drainage Treatment

The Lymphatic system is the defense mechanism against infection/disease & aids in removing excess water from tissue. Lymphatic drainage massage promotes & encourages the flow of fluid using rhythmic controlled strokes to find a path for drainage. This technique helps restore connective tissue, remove inflammatory toxins, & help the immune system be more efficient. Lymphatic drainage massage may help arthritis, fatigue, pain or discomfort in joints, & more.

Oncology Massage - Caring for Clients with Cancer

Specialized massage that is becoming increasingly popular in cancer treatment centers! Studies show that massage helps with pain, depression, anxiety, nausea, fatigue and blood pressure. Oncology Massage is safest when the Therapist has had specialized training in this type of treatment. Individuals who are in active treatment or have a history of cancer receive a massage specifically designed and tailored for each individuals need and duration is adjusted accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns about this treatment please do not hesitate to ask our Therapists. Refer to descriptions listed on scheduling app for suggestions on selecting the best length of time.

Spa Massage Treatments

Body Scrub

This session uses Bliss' signature sugar scrub with added Essential Oils to promote relaxation. Hot towels are used to remove product during the session. This treatment gently exfoliates the skin. There are many great benefits of this treatment including stimulating circulation and the immune system. Areas included are back, arms, hands, legs and feet.

This is two of our most popular treatments in one session... Facial Massage + Body Massage. Each treatment is 45 minutes. 90 Minutes

Feel the stress melt away while you experience the blissful warming sensation.  This massage creates harmony and promotes a sense of balance.

Cupping Therapy - $15

Body Brushing - $20

A dry soft dry brush is used over the body which helps to stimulate circulation, detoxify and improve lymphatic drainage and strengthen the immune system.  This treatment also gently exfoliates the skin.

Essential Oils - $8 each

These oils are 100% pure and therapeutic grade.  Used for a natural alternative to soothe mental and physical aliments.  You can choose from a variety of our Young Living oils.  Oils may be added to enhance any massage oil/lotion or diffused in the treatment room.
