Due to the high volume of appointment requests, our cancellation policy is to better serve all clients who need appointments.
* We require a credit/check card to reserve your appointment time. Charges will not be applied until service is complete or cancellation policy is breached. You may choose another payment method at check-out. * If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged full session price. * Late arrivals will receive the remaining time left in session. Your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start the session. You are responsible for the fee of the scheduled session. * No shows are charged for the full scheduled session. *AFT Sessions also apply to this policy. If your session if via Zoom you will be charged for you session after 10 minutes to the scheduled start time via Credit Card on file. * Cancellations must be made by phone or by online booking system. * Charges will be made to the credit/check card on file or to a valid gift card/certificate. * Reminders are sent via email and are a courtesy only and are not to be relied upon or used as a cancellation method.
