All Things Bliss!

About Bliss:
Originally, started by Janet & Donna, a Mother/Daughter, team in January 2010 under the name Bliss Therapeutic Massage. After many successful years, Janet retired from massage and Donna became the sole owner and rebranded as Bliss Essentials.

About Donna:
I am licensed with the North Carolina Board of Massage & Bodywork Therapy and have been practicing, since 2010. My specialty is pain and stress relief for families, of all ages including infant & pediatric massage. I also have additional training & certifications in Medical Massage,  Oncology Massage & Craniosacral Therapy.

I work intuitively and all sessions are custom to the needs of my clients.  I start each session with softening the body then working deeper layers, as the body allows, rather than forcing deep work if body is resisting.  I respect the mental state of each client and help them relax the mind to gain better balance of the mind and body as unit. My client's leave with not only relief but knowledge of what they can do between sessions to achieve faster results and how to maintain progress moving forward.

Location:
Bliss is nestled within Roots Wellness Salon & Spa in downtown Dallas, where there is wonderful team of ladies for your hair and skin care needs.

On a personal note:
I love The Lord and I enjoy my little farm life with my husband and two young children. We have pet Longhorn Cattle and breed, raise and sell Registered Scottish Highland Cattle. I love all things pregnancy, birth, babies, children and motherhood. My future goals are becoming a Lactation Counsler and Birth Doula.
